Mino ware is pottery made in Tajimi, Toki, Kani, Mizunami, Kasahara, and other areas in Gifu Prefecture. These places are known as famous pottery production areas. It accounts for about half of the pottery made in Japan, has a long history, and many pottery pieces are made there to this day, and are loved by people.
