Takashi Tanimoto
His grandfather, the late Mitsuo Tanimoto, aimed to revive the ancient Iga style, and his father, Kei Tanimoto, paved the way for modern Iga by incorporating pictorial elements. As the third generation, he inherited their blood and has mastered traditional Iga ware, but is also one of the leaders of the next generation of Iga, boldly adding his own unique touches to it.
