Order Type

    The Narrative Platform accepts three types of orders:
    We will do our best to meet your requests, from ordering sold-out items, to semi-orders for different sizes, to full orders according to your specifications, so please feel free to contact us.

    1. Reproduction request

    If you want a product that is out of stock, please select "Restock."

    *All products sold on this website are handmade by artisans, so the finish of each item may vary. Please note that the product may not be exactly the same as the product image.

    2. Semi-custom order requests

    If you would like a different size of an item that is on sale or is sold out, please select "Semi-Custom Order".

    *There are limits to the sizes that can be made depending on the product. We will contact you to see if we can make it after listening to your request.

    3. Full custom order request

    Our specialist staff will listen to your requests and work with you to come up with ideas for the work you envision. We want to meet your requests as much as possible, so please feel free to contact us for a consultation.

      *We accept customer requests for both wood and vessels.

      Order flow

        For all orders, after we receive your request, our specialized staff will provide you with an estimate, propose an image of the product to be produced, and confirm it. We will not begin production until you are satisfied with the price and production period, so there is no charge before that. Please feel free to contact us.

        ①Inquiries
        First, please tell us your request. There is no charge at this stage. We will do our best to meet your request, so please feel free to contact us.
        ②Proposals from specialized staff
        After receiving your request, we will contact you to let you know if we can produce it, the price, and the production period. For full orders, we will hold meetings and make proposals as many times as necessary until you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied after the meetings and do not place an order, no fee will be charged.
        ③ Confirmation of order and payment
        If you are satisfied with the production image and estimate, you will confirm the order and make payment. After payment is completed, production will begin.
        ④Production and delivery
        We will start production after confirming your payment. If the production takes a long time, we will periodically inform you of the progress. The completed work will be carefully packed and delivered to you.
