Shipping Policy

Shippable Countries:

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • The shipping charge will be 3,510~67,590 JPY for United States of America (USA).
  • The shipping charge will be 2,835~58,950 JPY for Europe (Europe).

 

Import Duties, Taxes, Custom Fees

As international purchases made through our store are considered personal imports, the orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. The customer is responsible for paying these fees.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of import duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold - if it exists - for goods imported into the destination country.

Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Customers are also entirely responsible for any return shipping and handling fees on prohibited items. Please note that, in line with our company's regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to unpayable customs charges. Additionally, customers are responsible for any return shipping and handling fees in case of customs clearance event failure.

Shipping Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Payment period: Payment is confirmed at the time of ordering the product.


Damages and Issues
