03 NINSHU Sui – Uji Matcha from Kyoto

NINSHU, a Kyoto pottery studio with a long-standing relationship with Ninna-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, presents a Kyoto-grown Uji matcha carefully selected to be enjoyed with both Japan’s soft water and the harder water commonly found overseas.

Sui is characterized by its light, beautifully balanced flavor. Made from first-harvest tea leaves carefully grown in Wazuka and Uji, two of Kyoto’s renowned tea-producing regions, it is blended exclusively by NINSHU to achieve a smooth and approachable taste.

Its delicate balance makes it ideal for traditional usucha, or thin matcha, as well as matcha lattes. Easy to prepare and enjoy, Sui is a versatile matcha designed for everyday life.
