The design is inspired by the snowy scenery along the mountain stream at Yamanaka Onsen in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture. The inside is a mix of light blue and white, while the outside is blue, green, and purple with white spots that represent snow, creating a cup with a handle that exudes wabi-sabi. Each cup is hand-painted by a craftsman using spray paint, and is dishwasher and microwave safe.
