The design, inspired by the snowy scenery of the trees as seen from the valley of Yamanaka Onsen in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture, with light shining through the snow, can be used as a salad bowl, pasta dish, or main dish. It is a large flat plate that is microwave safe (-20℃ to 140℃) and can be put in the dishwasher after use. It is finished with a clear top coat that has antibacterial properties. It comes in a special presentation box.
